This project is unique in itself as it gives convenience of apartments and spaces same as individual houses. Very well thought through floor plan and I felt the builder has lived through these units while designing. I did not find anything major to modify. Though I was known Anand group constructions in Anjanapura BDA township, but I never visited there any project. On 25th Oct 2025 I visited the Aarush Row House project behalf of my sister, Manohar took me to the row house tour, architect plan and quality of work was super. Prasanna explained the project in details and ease, looks like all legal docs are intact.

Aarush Project is well designed and the 3 and 4 bedrooms (with lift) are very spacious and are provided with private garden and also in 4 bedroom a huge terrace area.

We have never come across such a project with luxury specifications in any of the other projects in this vicinity. A big shout out to Mr. Prasanna - the sales head for explaining the project in detail. The model houses are ready with perfection.

Anand Somu Aarush with well-designed project. Gated community along with Clubhouse, Amenities, highlights are the large living areas, bedrooms and balconies. Offering more luxurious living experience compared to standard apartments, the specs are at best in quality and bathroom fittings are excellent.
