Superb combination of independent home feel with no common walls, limited number of floors and the apartment social feel with top class amenities, huge open space. It has to be independent house with perfect vastu for my father, there has to be spacious hall, kitchen and rooms for my wife, there has to be play area for my daughter, apart from satisfying all above very importantly there has to be trust factor in the builder in terms of quality, financial transactions, legality etc. for me. This made me to stretch my budget to go for 2 BHK flat in ASP.

Bearing lucky apt # 111 have been fully satisfied by the way this building is constructed with excellent quality, design & amenities, the builders and staff has been very supportive, friendly. After searching almost entire south Bangalore for my dream apt, finally met and staying satisfied with most of my and family requirements. This is like dream come true for us. We were searching for this kind of quality construction for more than 6 months in and around JP nagar, Kanakpura road and also in Mysore road. We are family of two in our own paradise in Anand Somu Pristine. No exaggeration but it is a dime’s worth. Buying a house is not easy thing if you are not into the idea of buying just a concrete structure for a cost of an arm and leg and we were completely a lost ball in the weeds until we got to know about the Anand Group through my brother. ASP is no bells and whistles it is a perfect blend of high end amenities, it is the best of both worlds. Besides all the Amenities, builder’s credibility in legal terms and staff’s prompt service for any problems made Anand Group set its own standards. 

Our dream home at Anand Somu Pristine is like villa in a resort. Completely vastu complaint, High quality of construction and a feel of staying in independent house with security and amenities of a luxuries apartment what more can we ask for. I am happy to see my daughters enjoying the amenities specifically swimming pool, which had been their dream. Staying in east Bangalore, I had been searching property almost for a year, I took over 3 months to decide as I had come to south Bangalore, but it is worth. My parents are also very happy as they get fresh air, light and company for their retired life.
